Cumulative listing of assets purchased with production funds
All equipment purchases must first be approved by the DNI Production Management Department during the budgeting negotiations, and in the case of a full commission, will remain the property of DNI. Moreover, all assets in excess of $2,500 that are purchased with production funds must first be approved by the DNI Production Management Department.
All equipment, goods and other property obtained by Producer for and in connection with the program or purchased by Producer (Property) with any of the Budget Contribution shall be the sole and exclusive property of DCL and upon completion of the production of the Program, DCL shall be entitled to take possession of such Property or at DCL’s instruction, Producer shall sell or otherwise dispose of such Property.
