The use of generative artificial intelligence (“GAI”) is not permitted in connection with the production of the program, including to produce any material or content which will form part of the program, any materials comprising the program, or any other deliverables under this Producer’s agreement with WBD. In the event Producer would like to use GAI in connection with the program, the prior written approval of WBD legal must be obtained. For any inquiries or requests in connection with GAI, Producer should reach out to WBD legal assigned to the program.
