PRIZING GUIDELINES
During budget negotiations the Network will determine whether the production company will process payment for prize-winning individuals or if the prize payment will be processed by the Network directly.
When Warner Brothers Discovery is responsible for paying prize winners, the production company must submit the documents below to prizewinners@discovery.com:
- Prize Winner Payment Request Form
- W9 for each winner or designated payee
- Fully executed Contestant Agreement or Personal Release for each winner
Payments will be made payable to the individual winner unless otherwise noted on the Prize Winner Payment Request Form. A W9 for the payee will also need to be submitted along with the request form.
Payments are paid by check and are delivered by the US Postal Service. Please note that there is no tracking service available.
Prize winners may be paid electronically if a voided check is submitted with all other documents to prizewinners@discovery.com.
