PRIZING GUIDELINES
Discovery will process payment for all prize-winning individuals except for those who are minors. Production companies are responsible for handling payments to minors.
When Warner Brothers Discovery is responsible for paying prize winners, the production company must submit the documents below to prizewinners@discovery.com:
- Prize Winner Payment Request Form
- W9 for each winner or designated payee
- Fully executed Contestant Agreement or Personal Release for each winner
Payments will be made payable to the individual winner unless otherwise noted on the Prize Winner Payment Request Form. A W9 for the payee will also need to be submitted along with the request form.
Payments are paid by check and are delivered by the US Postal Service. Please note that there is no tracking service available.
Prize winners may be paid electronically if a voided check is submitted with all other documents to prizewinners@discovery.com.
Payments will not be released until the episode that reveals the winner has aired.
