DNI requires confirmation of your qualified media counsel. Please complete the form above and upload to the Producer’s Portal.

Submission of the form will be included as a mandatory early milestone in each payment schedule exhibit. The form will be reviewed by the Business & Legal Affairs Executive assigned to the project.
