The network has chosen to place the bug graphic in the upper left of the screen and to extend IPM messaging into the middle left. Animal Planet\u2019s new branding falls outside of the existing Program Text Protection Area (PTPA) defined by Version Five of the Discovery Global Tech Specs. As of today, Wednesday 27th<\/sup> March, Discovery is launching a new Global Production Budget & Assumptions Template and an accompanying Producer\u2019s Portal uploading process. This initiative will allow Discovery PMD to provide faster and more thorough budget analysis going forward. Producers will use Discovery\u2019s new template in either Movie Magic and\/or Excel and upload to the Producer\u2019s Portal for review and acceptance during the negotiating process.<\/p> The budget template will be used for all new projects going forward and your Discovery Production Management representative(s) will introduce this to you in more detail as new productions are being discussed.
