Remodel and Construction Clearance
Copy of the Construction Company’s general liability insurance policy naming Discovery as an additional insured.
Producer shall ensure that a separate third party company must be engaged to repair and/or makeover the [Remodeled Item] (“Construction Company”) and maintain compliance with all required certifications, permits, licenses and registrations for the Construction Company and its employees, and operations, and is in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations, rules and laws to operate the appropriate business in the state/jurisdiction where the business is located and where the work is to be performed and deliver to Discovery a copy of the Construction Company’s general liability insurance policy naming Discovery as an additional insured.
