Tax Incentive Applications & Final Audit/Refund Report
Tax Incentive Application
Please consult your WBD Production Agreement for your terms on Incentive Funding. Discuss tax incentive opportunities with your PMD Lead at the time of budgeting. If tax incentives are possible, contact WBD Director of Production Incentives Seema Kotadiya (seema.kotadiya@wbd.com), who will help identify if an incentive is available and will coordinate with the Film Office and CPAs where needed.

The completed tax incentive application must be uploaded to the Producer’s Portal under Deliverables > All Episodes > Documents > Tax Credit Qualifications.
Tax Incentive Final Audit/Refund Report
When a tax credit is received please submit a Final Audit/Refund Report to the PMD lead and cc: Seema Kotadiya. Upon review and approval, you must submit the Final Audit/Refund Report to the Tax Credit Qualifications deliverable on the Producer’s Portal.
