Scripts are often essential in order for Communication to write press materials. Especially when a program is not yet available, a script may be all we have to go on. Even when a master is available, many times a show will still be in fine cut form and therefore the “lower thirds” or chyrons are not yet on the tape. In these instances, scripts are crucial to identify the interviewees.
